1. Please unzip the driver file to a desired location.

2. If you have already installed the modem and it is working, please update the
modem driver with the attached new driver. Please make sure the operating system
copies the driver files from the new driver directory.

3. Install the Modem-On-Hold software. Please run “setup.exe” in the MOH directory.
